Return Eligibility
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Returns are not accepted after 14 days from the delivery date.
All returns must be approved in advance by our customer service team before the item is shipped back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Ship the Product
Once your return request is approved, our customer service team will provide the correct return address and shipping instructions. -
Refund Processing
After the returned product is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after we receive your return.
Return shipping costs for returns due to personal preference or non-defective reasons are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Quality Issues or Damaged Products
If your item arrives damaged or experiences functional issues (e.g., cannot power on), please contact our customer service immediately. Our team will assess the situation and provide an appropriate solution as soon as possible.
Please use only original brand accessories. Any property damage or malfunction caused by non-original parts or improper installation is not covered under our warranty or return policy.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund. If the order has already shipped, please do not open the package and contact our customer service for return instructions once it arrives.
