Delivery Policy:

We have different postage standards for different regions, and the postage will vary according to the logistics cost.
For remote areas, the postage is subject to the actual accounting by the logistics party.

When will I receive my Wolfbox product?

Order processing normally take 1-2 business day. Once processed, your order will be shipped via our insured logistics provider and are normally delivered within 5-10 business days after receiving the order except for holidays. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays.

Please NOTE:

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO, FPO addresses, or outside of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries. We do not accept claims for lost or undelivered packages if the carrier's website shows the package as delivered. Once the carrier's website shows the package as delivered, it means we have completed our service of delivering the item to you and have provided a valid tracking number.
